Our luxury Florida Villas offer beautiful executive class accommodation from three bedroom villas to seven bedroom villas, each with private pool and some with Jacuzzi and games rooms. We also have a range of two and three bedroom Florida Condos and Florida Townhouses set in beautiful gated communities with an array of extra amenities and all close to Disney and other central Florida attractions.
We only offer "Named Accommodation" you select the villa you want and that is where you will stay; we do not offer any "allocation on arrival".
Everything you could possibly need is provided to make your stay in one of our luxury homes a memorable one. Each property is privately owned and furnished and maintained to the highest of standards and some have individual themed rooms.
Getting Married in Orlando - A brand new service from USA Florida Villas
We are now able to provide you with a beautiful venue for your wedding choose from our little white wedding chapel on International Drive or our fabulous beach setting at Cocoa Beach. The package includes a licensed Officiant to conduct the ceremony, hire of bridal bouquet and grooms buttonhole, flower girl basket and ring bearers pillow if required, Traditional wedding music or you can provide you own C.D. plus a professional photography package which includes an edited CD of 50 images and a DVD of the ceremony.We can also offer the services of a stretch limo to collect you from your villa and take you to the wedding location and obtain the license for your big day.

Membership is applied for and renewed annually and we have to meet certain criteria to satisfy the board that we are professional in all that we do when arranging Florida Villa rentals.
ASTA
We are members of ASTA the American Society of Travel Agents the American equivalent to ABTA here in the UK. Again we must adhere to strict rules and regulations to be a part of this association. We receive daily bulletins keeping us up to date with the very latest news as it happens and the vast knowledge and experience that we may call upon if we need to. We have access to a wealth of information at the touch of a button, that we are able to convey to our Florida Villa renters.
Visa Information
Being a British citizen enables us to visit the USA without the need to apply for a VISA. On our Florida Villa website we provide you with full information on the new ESTA system that is now in place. All visitors must now complete the Visa Waiver applications on line before arrival in the USA. At the end of the application process you are able to print off your "visa" and this is valid for three years.
Your Money is Safe with Us
Here at Your Florida Villa we operate a Trust Account where customers funds are held until transferred to suppliers. The account is controlled by an accountant and a solicitor. We also have in place Tour Operators Indemnity Insurance with Public and Product liability cover plus Supplier Failure Cover.
Car Rental
Check out our car rental. We can offer terrific rates throughout Florida including one way hire. We deal with the leading suppliers in the USA such as Dollar, Budget and Alamo with both Standard and Platinum packages that include all Insurances, Taxes, Fees, Full Tank of Fuel and Extra Drivers and are able to offer Your Florida Villa clients some extra special rates.
